2022年のトピックは、

東京豊島園の跡地テーマパークと大阪西梅田のAXビルの外装改修計画の完成

”豊島園”では、特殊展示の特殊構造計画から実施設計をスタート

工事のコンストラクションマネジメントにも参画し、BIMを最大限活用し、特殊課題を解決しました。

”AXビル”では、

外装タイル張商業ビルに、ガラスカーテンウォールをカバーしダブルスキンとすることで、デザインの刷新のみならずタイルの剥落リスクゼロ、遮音性能向上に大きな効果を実現できました。

その他、賃貸マンションの実施設計ではBIMによるショールームを再現しクライアントの意思決定を促進しました。

Topics in 2022 are,

a theme park on the former site of Tokyo Toshimaen

and the completion of the exterior renovation project of the AX building in Nishi-Umeda, Osaka.

In "Toshima Park",

The implementation design started with a special structural plan for a special exhibition.

We were participate in construction construction management as well.

BIM was used to its fullest extent to solve special issues.

In the "AX Building",

By covering the exterior tiled building with a glass curtain wall and making it double-skinned, not only was the design renewed,

but the risk of tiles falling off was eliminated and the sound insulation performance was greatly improved.

Other examples include the implementation design of a rental apartment building, where a BIM showroom was recreated to facilitate the client's decision-making process.
